Mr. N. Swaminathan

Swanag has been and will continue to be synonymous with our visionary, inspirational and dynamic founder, Mr. Swaminathan. He founded the company in 1990 with a vision to deliver world class quality in construction at highly competitive cost and timely execution while exceeding customer expectations.

The business is built on the integrity and ethical values he espoused and our culture is firmly grounded on achieving his mission. His passion for perfection is attested to by the repeat clients and projects from his time to this day.

Mr. Suresh Ramasubbu (MS, MBA)

Managing Partner & COO

The operations team is headed by Mr. Suresh Ramasubbu, an accomplished entrepreneur with a track record of building disruptive businesses and scaling them over time. He is the founder/CEO of Mobicip, a leading mobile security company in the USA. A person of varied interests, Suresh is an avid marathon runner, writes for the Huffington Post, takes on leadership roles in charities such as United Way, and is a founding Director of Hamsadhwani, a Carnatic Music sabha. Suresh holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from UCLA Anderson School of Business, USA and an MS in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech, USA.

Mr. Nagarajan R (CA)

Financial Controller

One of the original founders of Swanag, Mr. Nagarajan is an accomplished entrepreneur and expert in business finance and taxation. A certified Chartered Accountant, Mr. Nagarajan’s guidance and stewardship has helped Swanag grow exponentially while staying rooted in judicious and conservative financial practices.

Dr. Narasimhan S (BE-Civil, MSc-Struct, PhD)

Technical Advisor (Civil & Structural)

Dr. Narasimhan is a renowned Civil and Structural Engineer with a series of accomplishments in the industry and academia. A retired Superintending Engineer in TNHB, Dr. Narasimhan is a former Professor of Civil and Structural Engineering at IIT Madras and Anna University, and also served as a Structural Engineering consultant to several companies over the years. At Swanag, he ensures that works are carried out optimally with utmost attention to detail, quality, cost and timeliness.
